Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Delta Yapı Malzemeleri Proje Taah. Turizm İmalat San. Tic. ve Paz. Ltd. Şti. (the “Company”) as data controller, within the scope described below.

3. Purposes of processing
- receiving, evaluating and responding to your requests for information, quotes and catalogues,
- carrying out contractual processes relating to our products and services,
- ensuring the security of the website and preventing misuse,
- fulfilling legal obligations and providing information to competent authorities,
- analysing and improving website use, if you consent.
4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c),
- it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç),
- the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed (Art. 5/2-f).
Analytics and marketing cookies and external content such as Google Maps are used only on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 5/1); you can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link at the bottom of the page.
5. Transfer of personal data
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to:
- the suppliers providing our website hosting and email services,
- competent public authorities and institutions, upon request.
Transfers abroad (KVKK Art. 9)
Our website and email service are hosted on servers located in Turkey; information you send via the contact form or email is not transferred abroad. However:
- Google Maps: If you choose to view the map on the contact page or allow external content, the map is loaded from Google LLC (USA) servers and your IP address and browser information are transmitted to Google. This transfer is based on the explicit consent you give by opening the map (KVKK Art. 9/6-a). No connection is made to Google unless you open the map.
- WhatsApp: If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are transmitted through the WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) infrastructure, whose servers may be located abroad. In that case WhatsApp’s own privacy terms also apply; using WhatsApp is optional, and you can also reach us by phone, email or the contact form.
6. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected when you send it to us via the contact form on our website, email, phone or WhatsApp, and by automatic means (server logs, cookies) when you visit the website.
7. Retention period
Your personal data is kept for as long as required for the purpose of processing and for the periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights as a data subject (KVKK Art. 11)
By applying to our Company, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information about the processing, if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom the data is transferred,
- request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request deletion or destruction of the data under Article 7 of the KVKK,
- request that corrections, deletions or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- object to any outcome against you resulting from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can submit requests regarding your rights:
- in writing to Altınova Sinan Mah. Serik Cad. No: 127, Kepez / Antalya, 07170, together with documents proving your identity,
- by email to info@deltakuvet.com from the email address you have previously provided to our Company and that is registered in our system
Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible, depending on the nature of the request, and within 30 days at the latest. If the process involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
